Veg Out with New Plant Based Lunch Menus at SAS High School

Syracuse High School Rolls Out Veg Out Program

Friday, November 18th, 2022: As more students go vegetarian and vegan, Syracuse Academy of Science High School is dicing up Chartwells K12's new fruit and veggie-based meal option. Schools across the country are launching the "Veg Out" program. SAS High school will offer these plant-based meals for 30 days, then will recess based on how many students are taking advantage of the option.
