Basketball:
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms won the 2009 - 2010 Onondaga High School League Patriot National Division Championship with 15-1 record.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms achieve runner-up in the 2009-2010 NYSPASAA Section III, Class D Final game.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms Head Coach Onur Gokce received All league Coach of the year award from Onondaga High School League Patriot National Division.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms Dakeem McLain and Lavell Ellick awarded NYSPASAA Section III Class D 2009-2010 All State Players. They also made the 2009-2010 First Team in OHSL Patriot National Division.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atom Yusef Jones made OHSL Patriot National Division 2009-2010 Honorable Mention Team and he also played in prestigious 2009-2010 Zebra Classic Tournament.
(Boys JV Basketball) SAS Atoms won the 2010-2011 Sackets Harbor Christmas Tournament Championship.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms win the 2010 - 2011 Onondaga High School League Patriot National Division Championship with 15-1 record.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms win the 2010 - 2011 NYSPASAA Section III Class C-2 Final Game and become Section III Class C-2 Champions.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms win the 2010 - 2011 NYSPASAA Section III Overall Class C Championship Game and become NYSPASAA Section III Class C champions.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms win the 2010 - 2011 NYSPASAA Region IV Class C Final Game and become NYSPASAA Region IV Class C Champions.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms win the 2010 - 2011 NYSPASAA Class C State Semi- Final Game and Class C State Championship game and have the second place in New York State.
(Boys Varsity Basketball) SAS Atoms Head Coach Onur Gokce received Coach of the Year in NY State award from Basketball Coaches Association of NY.

Cheerleading:
The SAS Cheerleading squad won the Most Spirited Team award in the 2010 - 2011 Section III Cheerleading Competition.

Track& Field:
(Boys Varsity T&F) SAS Atom Brandon Newsome won 2 GOLD medals (100m and 200m dash) in the 2009 - 2010  Section III Class D Championship and proceeded to the State Qualifiers Competition.
(Boys Varsity T&F) SAS Atom Darion Brown won GOLD medal (pentathlon) in the 2009 - 2010  Section III Class D Championship and proceeded to the State Qualifiers Competition.
