The New York State Report Cards include the Accountability and Overview Report (which contains school/district profile data, accountability data, and assessment data on accountability measures) and the Comprehensive Information Report (which contains non-accountability data, such as information on annual high school Regents exams, elementary- and middle-level social studies tests, post-graduate plans, and dropout data). Users must review and verify the data in the accountability section of the Accountability and Overview Reports, which are available in preview form, and fax to the Regional Information Center or Big 5 City School District a Statement of Certification, signed by the district superintendent or charter school principal, indicating that the data have been reviewed and are accurate. The reports are available through nySTART in PDF format. Users must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader 7.0 or later to view the data. To download Adobe Reader: Click here.
