Friday, April 8th, 2022—One spirit. One team. One win. As the Syracuse Academy of Science middle school Atoms in 6A prepared to take the basketball court for the game of the season, the whole school anxiously awaited in the stands to see who would be victorious in the classic Students VS. Staff basketball game.
As a reward for the most Classdojo points, the Atoms played the Syracuse Academy of Science middle school staff in a friendly competition of basketball. To help ensure that everyone was abiding by the rules, Syracuse Academy of Science high school seniors Aziatic Mann, Steve Tussing, and Zach Allen were the official referees for the game.
While the Atoms played their hearts out, the Staff certainly had the upper hand and proved to be victorious.
We want to thank everyone who helped make this event possible. Everyone had a great time, and this game will undoubtedly go down in the Syracuse Academy of Science history books. Keep up the great work, Atoms!
